INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SPEED
We aim to get your package to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, with ongoing disruptions causing delivery delays, it's not possible to predict how long your package will take.
At present, it could take anywhere from 10-15+ working days depending on where in the world you are.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International orders may incur custom fees and or taxes depending on the destination country's policies. These fees must be paid by the customer receiving the delivery.
If the delivery is refused, all costs and incurred fees for the return of delivery will be charged to the customer.

WHEN WILL DELIVERIES BE SENT?
All orders placed will be dispatched within 48 hours from our New Zealand warehouse.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Hudl Athletica is committed to the quality of our products and wants all our customers to be satisfied with every purchase.
We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed, faulty garments with labels attached within 14 days of the date your order was shipped.
Change of mind, size or colour exchanges, the products must be in their original resale condition. We are unable to refund or exchange purchases that have been washed, cleaned, or with missing or cut tags. The return freight will be at your own expense.
REST OF THE WORLD
We can exchange items or refund you for a returned item (received in perfect original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
The return and exchange freight will be at your own expense.
OH NO, IT'S FAULTY!
We take extreme care with quality control during the manufacturing process of Iwi Athletica garments. If you receive a defect product however, please take photos of the defect and email them to us. our team will look into it and arrange a replacement to be shipped out to you.
